Yellowed gray color sheath with a couple scuffs. Used speedometer was cleaned. Lubed, reset by hand and tested. Complete unit. Effort, skill and care, this can be remedied! The packaging includes all the original parts in the sealed parts bag in addition to the cable; Cable measures 26" drive unit and instructions. This is a complete Stewart-Warner set and does not need any other parts. The original instruction sheet has some slight yellowing but does not interfere with its use.
