Windows 7 very slow opening programs
All programs stop running and show program not running then flicker and starts. I have 3g ram. It is hard to run a diag. The computer is not new so any issues with the system may be causing it. The drive is new and was formated and part.
Only thing about install I had to do it twice to get it to take. It took the incomplete win 7 install and put it in the old sys. Any ideas? What win7 is it 32 or 64 bit..
